Whether you're looking to spend time with your family, friends or by yourself, this cottage is for you. We are located one block west of the Crab Trap, Crabdaddy's and the Beachcomber, 2 blocks from the beach with access through the King & Prince Resort and about a 10 minute walk to mini golf, the public pool, lighthouse and the downtown village.
Recently renovated and decorated, this cottage is comfortable and cozy with 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen-size beds and the bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. The master bedroom has a private bath. The hall bathroom has a huge shower. The kitchen is open with a large island and living room with a fireplace. There is also a game room in the back with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch swing as walkers and bikers wave 'hello' as they pass.

Summary: We absolutely loved this beach cottage. It was close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We had one little hiccup the day we arrived and contacted Jennifer. She was quick to respond and the issue was resolved. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We had an incredible week at SSI! The location is perfect to walk to the beach, dinner or to the park. The space was just perfect to accommodate all of us trying to enjoy a meal together. We also loved having the gated back porch area to drop sandy beach items to dry in the sunshine!

Summary: Very comfortable and clean house in great location. Kitchen was well stocked; beds were comfortable; the cottage just had a very nice feel. This is my favorite location on the island; rental bikes from the shop a couple blocks away, and then everything from East Beach to the Village is a quick bike ride. Everything about the rental process and communication was great.I highly recommend.

Summary: Great SSI cottage with fantastic location and lots of charm! Beautifully updated and decorated! Hall bath is spacious! Would recommend additional silverware in kitchen. Easy check in and check out! Walk to Fiddlers, Beachcombers, Crabdaddys, Crab Trap, The Porch, Frostys! Walk to Pickleball courts or the beach!

Summary: The house was perfectly laid out for our two small families and mother-in-law. The kitchen was beautiful and amply supplied, and the bonus room was great for the kids to hang out in during the morning while the adults slept in. Host was very responsive.
